Residential Landlords Association of Ireland (RLAI) –  Set up by landlords as a non-profit organisation to provide trusted information, to advise on best practices on management of a property rental business. To assist and provide information on housing and tenancy issues and to lobby Government and Councils on the aims and objectives as proposed by RLAI members.

Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) – RTB operates Ireland’s National Tenancy Register and resolving disputes between landlords, tenants and third parties governed by Residential Tenancies Act, 2004 (as amended).

Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) – The main function of the Authority is to control and regulate Property Services Providers (i.e. Auctioneers/Estate Agents, Letting Agents and Management Agents) this includes the licensing of all such services providers.

Irish Property & Facility Management Association (IPFMA) – The Irish Property and Facility Management Association is the leading professional body for the property and facility management profession in the Republic of Ireland.

Apartment Owners Network (AON) – The AON is a group of property owners in managed estates that meet on a monthly basis to support, educate and campaign on behalf of property owners.

Irish Property Owners’ Association (IPOA) – The Irish Property Owners’ Association seeks to protect and promote the interests of private residential landlords and encourage the supply of good quality accommodation and professional standards of management.

Health & Safety Authority (HSA) – The HSA is the National Statutory Body responsible for occupational health and safety law and promotes accident prevention.

Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI) – The SCSI s the leading professional body for construction, land and property professionals in Ireland.   The Society is committed to enhancing, advancing and enforcing professional standards in the construction, land and property sectors in Ireland.
